Republic Day
The 68th Republic Day was celebrated in all its solemnity and grandeur by the students of Classes I to V of DPS World School Alwar. The students saluted the National Flag and pledged themselves to upholding the honour and integrity, diversity and uniqueness that is “India”.
The choir group presented the patriotic song “Lehra Tirangey Lehra “ . The whole school joined the choir and the song reverberated in the surroundings. Ms.Heena presented a beautiful song ‘Ae mere vatan ke logon’, Later the drill display was followed by the prize distribution to all the winners of various school level competitions.
The students dispersed after snacks with the image of the fluttering tricolour in their minds.
