Earth Day: Clean it, Green it, Mean it
Each year we celebrate Earth day with a blend of educational and fun activities to bring awareness among all. The young global citizens from our school showed us how significant is our Mother Earth to us and what crucial measures must be taken to save it and keep it clean and green!!
Students of classes I and II participated in poster making ‘OUR GREEN EARTH’ and made the pictures of Earth livelier. Students of classes III-V participated in ‘Tree Plantation’ activity under the supervision of their teachers.Students of classes VI-VIII took part in a rally bringing cognizance towards planting more trees and conserving natural resources on the planet. They also performed a cleanliness drive and collected all the non-biodegradable waste from in and around the school premises and conveyed a message that ‘Each day is Earth day.’
